I have been using Sinusbuster for about 1 year now and it works well. It does burn slightly and takes a little time to get used to. The only negative thing I can say about it is it does not last that long but I have been totally blocked up and could not breathe through my nose and it has opened my sinuses and allowed me to breathe easier. I sometimes use it in conjunction with other decongestant pills and it works very well.
